All these pallet trucks can be hired out but be sure contact us to be sure that it is the correct pallet truck you would like as all pallet trucks are unique.

pallet truck (also known as a pump truck or pallet jack) is a wheeled trolley designed to lift and transport pallets. The truck's tapered forks slot underneath the pallet and the pump handle can then be used to raise and lower the load. The hand pallet truck is manually operated and will have to be raised and lowered using your hands.

Equipment used for low-level lifting and moving pallets is known as powered pallet jacks. They are also called electric pallet trucks, walkies, single- or double-pallet jacks, or power jacks. Some powered pallet jacks contain a platform for the operator to stand on while moving pallets. They are used to move palletized products from one area to another with relative ease. Used in warehouses, manufacturing plants and storage facilities, pallet jacks are some of the most common and important pieces of equipment in the material handling industry. A pallet jack’s front wheels are mounted inside the end of the forks. As the hydraulic jack is raised, the forks are separated vertically from the front wheels. That forces the load upward until it clears the floor. The pallet is only lifted enough to clear the floor for subsequent travel. Operators generally use a throttle on the handle to move forward or in reverse. The steering is done by swinging the handle in the intended direction.

Rough Terrain pallet trucks have been specially designed to cope with the rigorous demands of the building, construction, landscape gardening and hire industries. Manufactured with a strengthened steel frame, high capacity hydraulics, increased lift height and improved stability for large loads, the rough terrain pallet truck is the ideal machine for moving items across uneven terrain.

An electric stacker is sometimes called a walkie stacker. A power propelled device that has a mast and forks that lift loads and place them on shelves or rack beams. It is stabilized by its outrigger legs and these must be considered when planning the rack and shelf layout. Electric units are clean and efficient and prove to be the choice when working indoors. Fully powered electric stacker transports loads throughout warehouse facilities quickly with less effort. Ergonomic handle feature easy-to-operate throttle with infinite adjustment of forward and reverse speeds. The emergency reverse belly switch instantly reverses direction and moves the unit forward until the swtich is released. Walkie stackers are good stewards of space and will operate in a very narrow aisle thereby adding to their value.
